Terms and Conditions

• As-Is, Where-Is: All vehicles are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, meaning the Dealership makes no warranties or representations regarding the vehicle's condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. The buyer accepts the vehicle in its current state and location.
• No Implied Warranties: There are no implied warranties beyond those required by law. The Dealership expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchase. The Dealership encourages all buyers to have the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic to assess its condition.
• No Post-Sale Inspections: Post-sale inspections are not permitted. All inspections must be completed prior to the completion of the sale.

• Accurate Information: The Dealership provides vehicle history and condition information based on available records but cannot guarantee completeness. Buyers are encouraged to request a vehicle history report.
• Odometer Disclaimer: While mileage is stated accurately to the best of our knowledge, prior ownership or repairs may cause discrepancies.

• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. Once the purchase is complete, the Dealership will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made toward the purchase of a vehicle are non-refundable. If the buyer fails to complete the purchase, the Dealership reserves the right to retain the deposit.

• Buyer Responsibility During Test Drives: Buyers are liable for any damages or violations incurred during a test drive. Proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

• Financing Terms: If financing is offered, the buyer must agree to all terms outlined in the financing agreement. Approval is subject to credit checks and lender requirements.
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include certified checks, wire transfers, or other specified methods. Cash transactions exceeding a specified limit may require additional documentation for compliance with anti-money laundering laws.

• Warranties: Extended warranty options may be available for purchase. These are third-party warranties, and the Dealership is not liable for claims or disputes arising from them.
• Add-Ons: Any additional products, such as GPS systems, insurance, or maintenance packages, are optional and will be clearly disclosed.

• Trade-In Value: Trade-in vehicle appraisals are based on the current market and the vehicle’s condition at the time of assessment. The Dealership reserves the right to adjust the trade-in value if discrepancies are discovered post-assessment.
• Clear Title: The buyer must provide a clean and lien-free title for any trade-in vehicle.

• Title and Registration: The Dealership will provide the necessary documents to transfer ownership of the vehicle to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for completing the registration process in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Lien-Free Guarantee: The Dealership guarantees that the vehicle is free of any liens or encumbrances at the time of sale.

• No Liability for Repairs: The Dealership is not responsible for any repairs or maintenance required after the sale. The buyer assumes all costs associated with the vehicle post-purchase.
• No Liability for Misuse: The Dealership is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the vehicle after the sale.

• Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from the purchase agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration. This ensures a quicker and less costly resolution compared to traditional litigation.
• Jurisdiction: Disputes will be governed by the laws of the province or state in which the Dealership operates.

• Recycling and Environmental Charges: Certain sales may include fees for recycling tires, batteries, or other vehicle components, as required by law. These fees will be disclosed upfront.

• Personal Information: The Dealership collects personal information solely for transaction processing and record-keeping. This information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

• Resolution Commitment: While all sales are final, the Dealership is committed to addressing post-purchase concerns in good faith. Buyers are encouraged to contact us with any questions or issues.

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before payment is finalized. Deposits made prior to cancellation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. They also confirm they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and are satisfied with its condition.
